Ordering
- All orders must be placed no later than 2 pm the day before, we will endeavor to fulfil any late orders but no guarantee can be made. We appreciate that you may not always be notified in advance of forthcoming or last minute catering, therefore we will do our best to help.
- Events and canapé functions will require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Cold orders may arrive up to 45 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- Hot orders may arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- Any orders under $40 will incur an additional $15 delivery fee. Delivery service within. 5km. radius of Sentosa kitchen Mulgrave. If access is not available at the time of delivery we may not be able to wait. Please ensure access is available.
Order Alterations
- We will always try to accommodate changes in catering orders. Changes must be lodged by 2.0pm the day prior to the order
Cancellations
- All cancellations must be made 24 hours before delivery otherwise full cost may apply unless order can be relocated.
Payment
- For first time customers we require credit card details for all orders and a 50% deposit will be required to secure your initial booking.
- All payments 7 days after invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 10% administration fee.
- All prices include GST
- Payment Options: EFT , Credit Card a surcharge of 1.8% applies to Visa and MasterCard. Amex surcharge at 2.8%
- Any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
